This study aims to evaluate the most prominent cultural sites of the child Saudi via the Internet, through: identifying the availability of cultural sites for the child Saudi on the internet, and inventory of cultural sites own culture Saudi child on the Internet, and to identify the most prominent agencies responsible for the launch and the emergence of sites cultural rights of children Saudi via the Internet, and to identify the most prominent characteristics of the cultural sites of the child Saudi via the Internet in terms of: infrastructure components for each site, and by each site for the child, and evaluation of the most prominent cultural sites of the child Saudi via the Internet through: judgment as to whether these sites are valid for the use of children or not, and to judge the quality and validity of the information and the extent of solvency of the child, and to protect the child from falling prey to one of the sites is safe on the Internet, in terms of: Responsibility intellectual about the site, the goal of creating the site, the content of the site and its content in terms of: beneficiary of the site, and objective coverage of the site, and its features, accuracy of information available on the site and the extent of credibility, timeliness of information available on the site. respects formalism of the site in terms of: fonts, graphics, pictures, colors, sound effects, and referrals., sailing on the site in terms of: Download Site , and its ease of use, and speed in information retrieval. interactive with the site.
