Abstract	:	The research subject is ( The Assumption of the Girls Caring Institute of Makkah AL Mukarramah Region Prisoners in Regard of the Library and its Services ) . The research goals is to know the provided information services by the institute library and the range of usage, motives that drives the institute Prisoners and the difficulties that they may face with their suggestion to improve the library information services. The searcher depended on the survey method to study the institute Prisoners and the case study method in her research of the library on the institute. The research Sample was the girls that are Prisoners in the girls caring institute in Makkah Al-Mukarramah. The searcher uses 3 different tools as follows: 1) The closed questionnaire. 2) The individual free interview. 3) The direct observation. It was as of the research results a huge number of the Prisoners that are elementary school graduates also most of them do not use the institute library as it does not satisfy their needs or their most reading preferred materials on top of the aging of the reading materials. As of the research recommendations that the researcher had come up with is the immediate needs to improve and expand the range of information services provided to the Prisoners , the needful of the balancing and planning when acquisition the library collections with the importance to develop a high level of cooperation between the institute library with the other libraries and information centers that are belong to agencies who focus on the such institutes and Prisoners .
