Abstract : Choosing the best bank to obtain a loan from has become a dilemma for many loan applicants; the bank loan procedures and requirements vary from one to another. However, the rapid growth of technology has enabled proposed system to be applied as a competitive method to overcome the problem. Thus the need to automate the process throughout establishing an intelligent decision support system (IDSS) will facilitate applicant’s decision-making process. The use of this system will speed up and simplify how Loan Applicant makes decision in choosing suitable bank loan Installments package. However, there are many types of IDSS to design the system but I have found that the fuzzy logic is more suitable. Despite the fact that Fuzzy structure has strong inference system, it has no learning ability. In the contrary, neural network (NN) has a powerful learning ability. The Adaptive Network-based Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) merges these two desired features in its own structure. Therefore, using the ANFIS to determine the best loan package was proven in this research to define the suitable bank.
