This study aims to investigate the relationship between burnout and spiritual intelligence for the sample of studying, to know the relationship between the level of burnout and the level of self-concept among members of sample, to find the relationship between the spiritual level of intelligence and self-concept among the members of the study, to identify the differences between males and females in the burnout behavior, to recognize the differences between males and females in the spiritual intelligence and to see the differences between males and females in self-concept. The researcher used in this study the descriptive approach because of its relevance to the nature and objectives of the study. The study was carried on a sample of 200 teachers from primary schools for the academic year 2012, divided into two groups (100) male, and (100) of the female. The two study groups are equally in the key variables that may have an impact and effect on the study, such as age, marital status, academic major and years of experience.The researcher used the raw data form which prepared by the researcher itself, the Spiritual Intelligence Scale Integrated (set by: Amram & Dryer translation and preparation: Bushra Ernot 2007), the measure of teacher burnout (set by: Likert, translation and preparation of Adel Abdullah Mohammed, 1994) and TENSI measure for self-concept (Prepared by William Fitz, and re-codified the Egyptian environment both: Safwat Faraj, and Suhair full 2008).To verify hypotheses, the researcher used the averages, standard deviations, test "T" for statistical significance and correlation coefficients "Pearson" and "Spearman."It had been approved from study that there is a significant statistical relationship between burnout degrees among the members of sample to their levels in intelligence spiritual and their altitudes in self-concept. There is a significant statistical relationship between the degrees of study sample in spiritual intelligence and their self-concept scores. Also, there are statistically significant differences between the average scores of male and female average scores in burnout, and statistically significant differences between the average scores of male and female average scores in spiritual intelligence, and there are statistically significant differences between the average scores of male and average scores of females in self-concept. We conclude from the study that burnout is joining with intelligence and spiritual self-concept, and sexual characteristic (male, female) is explanatory variable interpretation of the differences between burnout, intelligent spiritual and self-concept. |
