The present study aimed to detect differences in stress and depression, which suffered technical staff hospitals the Holy City, which has been attributed to the sex and type hospital, experience and the monthly income and marital status and detect relationships between stress and its variables, depression and job performance of employees technicians hospitals DC Holy, where study sample consisted of (400) of the technical staff at government hospitals in Mecca where they were applied three tools they a measure stress for workers health professionals who are from "39item" is divided into four areas, namely (ambiguity functions and roles, conflicts regulatory and psychological pressure on the local community and patients, and load work with patients) as well as the depression scale was consisting of "21item" is a measure of job performance component of "22items". Has been confirmed the validity and reliability of the tools used to have produced results of the analysis Show a statistically significant differences in stress and organizational conflicts due to gender in favor of females, Show a statistically significant differences in the levels of psychological stress after organizational conflicts attributed to the type of hospital for the benefit of workers at government hospitals for hospital staff which operates autonomously, Showing no statistically significant differences between the overall levels of psychological stress, and removing attributed to experience, income and marital status, Show a statistically significant differences between the mean overall psychological stress and organizational dimensions of conflicts and Abe work with patients due to years of work at the hospital for the benefit of those who for their work at the hospital less than a year for 5 years or more, Can be seen and there were no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of depression due to gender in favor of females, Show a statistically significant differences between the mean scores of depression attributed to the type of hospital for the benefit of workers self-government hospitals operated for workers at government hospitals, Showing no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of depression attributable to the experience and monthly income, Show a statistically significant differences between the mean scores of depression attributable to years of work at the hospital for the benefit of those who for their work at the hospital less than a year for 5 years or more, Show a statistically significant differences between the mean scores of depression due to marital status for divorcing and divorced for married and unmarried, and for the benefit of single versus married and divorced favor for a single and Show a statistically significant relationship between psychological stress and its dimensions and functionality, as well as between depression and functionality while not shown a relationship between stress and its dimensions and depression, In light of the findings of the current study, the most prominent recommendations address the causes of psychological stress suffered by the technical staff at government hospitals in the city of Mecca. |
