Abstract : The study aim and objective was to detect the effect of improving the learning environment in kindergartens on the level of the children's interaction with the educational materials according to the tripartite method which is: Manipulation, Mastery, and Meaning, using a semi-experimental approach, The sample was composed of preliminary level of public Kindergarten at Al-Qurayyat City, two tools were used in the study which are: The Evaluation Quality tool for Preschool (ECERS), and an Observation schedule of the child's interaction with educational materials in the learning centers (cognitive, arts, blocks and drama), Data was analyzed using frequencies and percentages, the study reached to the following: The level of Manipulation in the first period of application was 62.48% at low quality, The level of Mastery in the second period of application increased by 75% and in the third period by 66.65% when the quality of the learning environment increased due to the appearance of the level of meaning, and then the level of Meaning was increased by 62.50% when achieving quality (at excellent level) according to the Evaluation Quality tool for Preschool, that indicates that the improvement of the learning environment has a positive impact on the level of child's interaction with educational materials, In light of these results, the study recommended that the committees for the development of kindergarten programs should provide training courses on the levels of child's interaction with educational materials, and emphasize the importance of improving learning environments in kindergartens.
