Abstract : This research aimed to provide reference based on a scientific sound basis to help the officials responsible for the community centers design recreational activities by answering the following main question: What is the proposed Proposal for the recreational activities guide provided in the community centers? The research was conducted using the descriptive analytical approach, through a series of actions and tools, represented in the following: Check list for the global recreational activities guide, and checklist to conclude the life skills that can be developed during the recreational activities from the practitioners' perspective, as well as the questionnaire that was applied on the research sample selected according to the snowball method. The research sample comprised (344) female adolescent participants / non- participants in the activities of the community centers. The results of the research summarized in the preparation of a proposed guide, for the recreational activities provided in the community centers, for the development of life skills for girls in the adolescence stage, consisting of the following: thirteen recreational activities that can be provided in the community centers, a classification of life skills that can be developed during recreational activities, as well as a proposed mechanism for the design stages of the recreational activities in the light of the Instructional Design Model . The main recommendations of the research were summarized in the following: the necessity of activating the proposed recreational activities in the community center, applying the concluded mechanism of designing the recreational activities, and verifying the feasibility of such mechanism, the importance of issuing a recreation guide by the center, which explains the activities of the center and its functions.
