The research aims to identify the role of work pressure on the decision-making process, by applying to the administrative leaders at King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah, the researcher relied on the descriptive approach that is interested in explaining the relations between the variables, which is the independent variable, which is the work pressure dimensions: In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a descriptive analytical approach was used, where a questionnaire was designed to measure the variables of the study. The questionnaire consisted of (33) words, the study population consists of (220) M and the study sample consists of (134) M. The study has reached many results, the most important of which are the following:
The existence of a negative effect between the nature of work and the decision-making process by a factor of (β = 0.184), the presence of a negative relationship between the role ambiguity and the decision-making process with a correlation factor of (t = -0.306), and the presence of a negative effect between the ambiguity of the role and the decision-making process by a factor of ( = 0.229), negative relationship between social pressures and decision-making with a correlation coefficient (t = -0.177), negative influence between social pressures and decision-making with an influence coefficient of (β = 0.111). As a whole and the decision-making process with a correlation coefficient of (t = -0.334), the presence of a negative effect R. That factor (β = 0.339), more independent variables (work stress variables) influence on the decision-making process within the King Abdul Aziz International Airport in Jeddah is the ambiguity of the role, workload.
In the light of the findings of the study, a set of recommendations could be drawn up, namely, the distribution of job tasks among the employees or the division of the task among the same worker at King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah, the distribution of job tasks between the staff or division of the task among the same worker at King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah, Developing job description cards for employees and obliging the supervisory department to deal with the employees. N these functional tasks, taking into account the conditions of social workers have King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah. |
