Abstract : This study aimed at investigating the distinctive and innovative efforts made by Najm Al-Din Al Tufi in the use of dialectics and its good application .He inducted most of what is in the Holy Qur’an of dialectical incidents through his book Alam Al-Jathel in ilm Al-Gadal .Thus، for the author’s scientific grandeur which is obvious in his book divisions asserting the evidences and the synthesis of their arguments ، I verified and released the book as he desired . The book is divided into five chapters . In the first chapter ،he tackled the Islamic ruling of the controversy. The second chapter is assigned to the ethics of the controversy and debate .The third chapter is devoted to stating the pillars of controversy . The fourth chapter is for stating the categories of deduction .The fifth chapter which is the kernel of the book due to including the debates in Qur’an with their clarifications and dialectical terms is to induct most of what is in the Holy Qur’an of dialectical incidents .Ultimately ، the book conclusion is to state a group of dialectical incidents and debates occurring among people in the past and the silencing of opponents with irrefutable arguments and defeating them by unanswerable responses. In my investigation of this great book ، I relied on three manuscripts kept Turkish libraries namely ، the copy in Al Shahid Ali Pasha library(the mother copy )، the copy in Murad Mulla library and the copy in Al-Kami library .This study was based on both the descriptive methodology and the investigating method certified for the heritage books with procedures clarified within the study using the contemporary spelling checking method releasing the book in a bright form
